Legal & General Mortgage Services has hired Greg Cunnington as co-head of strategic accounts and boosted its distribution team.
Cunnington will work alongside Paula Matthews, who was previously strategic relationship director at Legal & General Surveying Services.
Prior to joining Legal & General, Cunnington was chief operating officer at LDN Finance, where he worked for two years.
Before that he spent almost 15 years at Alexander Hall, leaving as director of lender relationships & new homes in 2022.
Alison Williams also joins the team as head of professional relationships, following her previous role as head of governance at Legal & General Surveying Services.
Overall, Legal & General Mortgage Services’ distribution team has grown to 32 people from 18, which the firm says shows the unit’s “ongoing commitment” to supporting brokers, alongside its lender panel and a range of tech and surveying services.
