Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has renewed its ongoing partnership with Santander UK through a contracted appointment to continue as the bank’s lead valuation provider.
CSS began its relationship with Santander in 2014 and has subsequently held the position of lead valuer. In addition, CSS provides support on buy-to-let and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessment service for the lender.
CSS managing director Matthew Cumber comments: “CSS has now worked with Santander UK for coming up to 10 years in a variety of guises and over this time we have enjoyed an extremely close relationship, which is constantly evolving to better meet its needs as a business and the ever-shifting requirements of its customers.
