Openwork has appointed Sarah Alder and Paul Booler as wealth development managers as part of the network’s move to introduce specialist support teams.
Alder was previously client relationship director at The Wisdom Council and Booler was regional sales manager for Coram Asset Management.
Both will now work with Openwork product proposition director Graham Angell on all parts of the group’s wealth proposition, including its platform and fund proposition Omnis.
Openwork is moving away from generalist support teams towards specialist teams.
The firm wants to hire more specialist wealth development managers for Scotland, Northern Ireland and the South East, as well as channel managers for its mortgage and protection team.
