Openwork has appointed Stephen Wildgoose as recruitment and growth director.
Wildgoose has nearly 30 years experience in financial services and will be directing the expansion of Openwork’s existing regional recruitment teams. He will also be responsible for introducing new appointed representatives to the network.
He previously worked at Sesame Bankhall Group for over eleven years, most recently as head of network recruitment. Wildgoose left Sesame in January.
Wildgoose will report to Openwork’s mortgage director John Cupis.
Openwork announced in July that it had exceeded 3,000 advisers for the first time in its history.
