Openwork has named Neil Milner as its new chief operating officer.

Milner joins from car and cycling retailer Halfords, where he served as head of programmes, according to Mortgage Strategy‘s sister title Money Marketing.

He has also held roles at the National Trust and Travelodge Hotels.

Milner’s new role will see him take on responsibility for developing the network’s systems and process.

He replaces Paul Bridge, who moves into a consultancy role after five years as Openwork’s chief operating officer.

Openwork chief executive Mark Duckworth says: “We are thrilled to welcome Neil to Openwork in an important role for the business.

“Neil brings with him valuable experience outside financial services across a number of progressive sectors and we look forward to leveraging his expertise and strong technical skills as we move to the next stage in our development.”
